This post has been merged from a topic called 'Gary Monk' by Guntrisoft Here's a bit about Monk from a Swansea perspective. You really don't want him as your manager. As a player for us he was great. As a manager he was a disaster. We stopped playing attractive attacking football and became a tedious route one outfit. When the results stopped coming he was utterly clueless about how to put it right. It's no exagerration to say that part of the reason we've suffered this season is because of the decisions he made when he was here. On top of that he's a thin skinned, arrogant and won't think twice about stirring the sh*t if he thinks he can benefit from it. Best avoided.
