Anyone who has been to India and gone outside the tourist area can see the poverty. What matters for quality of life is the per capita income....in other words how much earned on average per person. That's when the truth about non western countries is revealed. GDP becomes pointless (to a degree) when much of any given economic production is based (in the main) on debt ie borrowing (with interest added) from tomorrow to pay for today.

To put it into context for loony leave, brexit is the equivalent of selling Wilfrid Zaha to Accrington Stanley for 50p.

Michael Gove has distanced himself from some of the arguments he made during the Brexit referendum, including claims over levels of Turkish immigration. The Leave campaign was criticised at the time for suggesting Turkey may join the EU by 2020 and up to 5.2m more migrants could come to the UK by 2030. In a new book, Mr Gove says it "did not get everything absolutely right". "If it had been left entirely to me, the Leave campaign would have had a slightly different feel," he admits. There is no lie like a brexiteers lie, is there. At least he has admitted it, although vaguely. What about the damage Gove.

We'll leaving the EU! Politically June 23rd is one of the best days of my life.

we are leaving the EU as you say. But becoming subservient to the EU as a Norway type satellite. A puppet state reduced from empire by the tories to a third rate banana republic.

Wouldn’t fancy being involved with Vote Leave this morning. Assume this is another conspiracy by the ‘elites’?
