That looks like a somewhat careless statement made for the best of intentions at a time when overcoming vaccine hesitancy was of paramount consideration. Seems like Biden has been lying 'with the best of intentions' his whole career then.

Right. So no misinformation involved. It was actually a clever ploy by the man who confused the Black and Tans with the All Blacks. Deliberate misinformation, not in my book. When you are trying to encourage people to do what is considered by all your experts to be in their best interests I can see how in an unguarded moment a slip of the tongue occurs. We all do that. I asked ChatGPT whether Wisbech was left-wing, it responded with: "Wisbech is a market town in the county of Cambridgeshire, England. It would be incorrect to categorize an entire town as left-wing or right-wing, as political ideologies and leanings can vary among the residents. Political affiliations and ideologies tend to be diverse within any community, and it is likely that Wisbech, like many other towns, has a mix of political perspectives. To understand the political leanings of individuals in Wisbech, it would be necessary to consider local election results, polling data, and the views of residents through surveys or interviews." This answer seems to indicate that AI doesn't know its backside from a hole in the ground. It actually seems to indicate the scope of ChatGPT and its purpose aren't understood by you.

No. Using truth selectively and emphasising that which supports a position, probably, but no more than any politician does. I would rather every politician acted with the best of intentions, however they do it.

What I actually wrote was "Were vaccinated people told they were safe from transmitting the virus? Or were they told the vaccines would stop the transmissions? " Not prevent transmissions. They would, in time, have stopped the original strain, by establishing herd immunity Things changed when the variants emerged, so the advice needed to as well.

Anyways fact checkers clearly have agendas they are clearly paid and told what to "fact check" Untrue. I have called those who trust unreliable sources who spread misinformation irresponsible and selfish. I have suggested those who do this ought to face the consequences of such decisions. However, whilst it's legal to make stupid decisions and trust unreliable sources you have the right to do so. I argue for the rights of those who think it is irresponsible and selfish to exclude those they think are behaving badly.

It was not careless. It was a lie and mis information. Where are the "fact checkers" now. The link provided was that of a fact checker!

What's the difference and was Biden answering the first or second question when he said "How about making sure that you’re vaccinated, so you do not spread the disease to anyone else."?
