We may not like our current crop but we have relative stability compared to that. Only one Italian government has ever served a 5 year term. That was the point I was making they are always in the process of forming a new government so it is hardly surprising that they have financial woes. And by the way I like Italy and Italians and I just don't like their governments or their economics.

IMO Brexit is either:- 1) Finished. or 2) Subject to a transition period of 7-10 years.
The way to fund the NHS future is to scrap brexit altogether.
