Clearly PV wants more additions, every transfer window, we are slow to make additions, I do hope PV is patient! Attachment: 93C3790A-E340-49D3-BFD6-C465ED0D7D34.png (7,636.16Kb)

This is true. WH would have known what we had offered. His agent is indeed the daughter of Mark Warburton

I think any agent, regardless of relationships, would highlight to a interested club what was currently on offer for their player.

I really do not care about the ones we missed (anymore - I definitely used to - Cahill and the striker who went to West Ham and was badly crocked) 90% turn out to be either average, occasional appearances or never seen again Yes, Murphys Law means you remember the ones you might have signed but probably they were just using Palace to get a better deal from the club they always intended to join. Which is apparently exactly what happened with Cahill

I tend to view the transfer window as a bit like when we were of dating age - plenty to look at, some out of our league, some where we think we can do better, some where we think they have been with too many other clubs, everyone in the game has their own agenda & dance card & where you end up isn't necessarily where you expected etc etc - anyway I am sure you get the drift-

Some who can't play in the positions we want. Some who are never fit or ready to play when we desperately need them. But as the transfer window goes on, we will take someone, because in the end they are all pretty much the same problems.
