He needed to change play too because defenders too easily shut him down because he just cannot help himself.

There may not be a relegation battle, but it will be the same style of football based on "don't let them score" No, I'd personally keep him because of his experience and knowledge, young managers is exactly want we don't want, If a had to make a change of sorts I'd bring Freedman down to work alongside him, he has learnt the hard way that being too ambitious without the experience results in disaster especially with blocked funds ..and it will save us dosh wasting again.

Wilfrid is an exceptional talent, but you would not rely on him to score a simple tap in from 2 yards. In fact he was prone to blazing over but I think he is getting it now. Really, if the training for him and Jimmy Mac was to endlessly side-foot the ball into an empty net from close-range, then we would be in a better position, at home especially.

Still think he has to go. Yes, we've had a great season away from home, but for those of us who just attend home games this has been the worst season in living memory, with us just sitting back, not pressing teams and not really trying to attack until the last 10 mins when we're usually behind. If our home record was as good as out away record then we'd be 7th in the table; however, if our away record matched our home form we'd be going down. Only Huddersfield hve done worse than us at home and we've only scored 9 goals in open play in 18 home games. Perhaps we should keep RH as manager for away games and get in someone else for the home matches?

I have complained about Roy this year but our overall results kinda speak for themselves. To be mathematically safe so early... But the system Roy plays is too dull for us at home. Worth reading this article about footballing systems. Might explain why we don’t press the way some would have expected in previous eras.

Our first home win in late April, nothing will ever be as bad as that season for many reasons.
