A useful opinion piece about who the writer thinks are the best options out there. Me? My preference would be Jokanovic As would I, but sadly it is almost indefinitely a no go, as he shares the same agent as Tony Pulis. Despite a former player saying he is a wonderful coach and masterful tactician, they also branded him a "poor man manager" and one that "struggles to handle big players" - although I personally cant think which 'big' players he's had to handle. This post has been merged from a topic called 'CPFC - Show some ambition and get Laurent Blanc' by Guntrisoft Would be utterly fantastic, but sadly there is more chance of us building a new stadium before Blanc is appointed. Personally wouldnt be surprised if he went somewhere like Inter, or even Arsenal if they were to part ways with Wenger.

...after leading them to the Champs League group stage for the first time in 11 years. If you throw in Watford and Fulham then his record as a manager doesn't look too shabby. Like a fair few contenders has done a good job with limited resources, albeit not in the Prem league. Which begs the question why did he leave? Can't help but feel it was purely down to his own ambition

In light of the relevations about BFS , did he deserve any respect? Exactly! I used to call him Fat Sam then when he won me over I stopped, but now that he's sh!t on us he can have the monicker back again.
Cynic or realist? It's a fine line! |

I'm wondering whether Parish is waiting to see who loses the playoff final as the losing manager may be up for grabs

ROGER SCHMIDT would be my choice, fancy going foreign and this bloke could upset a few of the big boys.Plays high attacking pressing game, but we would need a squad at peak fitness and able to press high up the pitch.Edge of the seats football, with the atmosphere we create and fast football we could be the team to watch.

Mancini would suit us more than any other being mentioned . A manager who puts not conceding as his highest priority ,his counter attacking style is right up our street . Get Mancini !
