His planet has a different orbit. Ah, thanks. This explains an awful lot. Keep up the good work Hrolf

The positive of Reform from my perspective is I think they will get people talking about an end to first past the post beyond this GE - they're projected to win a decent % of votes but not that many seats. On a similar note; current polling has Labour winning less votes than they did under Corbyn in 2017, but a majority of 200+. Some democracy. Clearly true but it’s not going to change under any majority government. It will only change the next time we have a hung parliament as the price for forming a coalition.

No. It’s the middle of the evening. Well, it maybe down where you are, but, as an ex serving Royal Navy Personnel, we were taught that 'evening' was 18.00-20.00hrs, 20.00-03.00hrs was 'night', 03.00-12.00hrs was 'morning' & finally, 12'00-18.00hrs was 'afternoon'. Now, if you disagree with this, im sure the Admiralty would happily change hundred years of times & tradition, just to suit you. Enjoy your bowls, i'm sure it's the only thing you're actually good at.

A drum the Libs have been banging for as long as I recall, with nobody listening. The 2 main parties directly benefit from FPTP and control the narrative. Their disingenuous and self-serving message that PR = weak government is so entrenched in our consciences through repetitive use that it is all but held as a law of physics.

Completely agree on all fronts - it’s not coincidence that nearly every other democracy in the developed world has some form of PR. There are many political ‘truths’ that the end of your post applies to - they’re arguably even stronger than laws of physics because no amount of evidence to the contrary seems to matter.

So, the bbc has agreed to allow Farage on QT tonight. Wonder if Q's &/or time will be engineered to silence him, OR, will he rip them apart?
