They were in 2016 and leicester! The bookies laughed all the way to the bank. "Oh dear we are being taken to the cleaners by Leicester fans, sob sob." They were crying with laughter. All the while the press focused on a small group of lucky fans they forgot that the rest of the country lumped onto Man United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool etc. etc. The bookies love an outsider winning it makes great headlines for the lucky punter what they fear is Liverpool or City winning even at short odds they have to pay out big time.

Exactly. I would love to know how much bookies pay out in a normal football year versus the season Leicester won.

Yeh just right wing militia groups trying to kidnap people and the proud boys running around. What news source says they are boarding up the Empire State Building? I like how NBC can't resist adding at the end of their report that & I quote ' The Relatively peaceful Black Lives Matter Protests'

And we know who will cry foul on here! Me for one. Never known an election like it when one candidate is effectively given a completely clear run with major media organisations looking to squash not only any critical comment but also banning other people who might damage his chances (look up about Bret Weinstien and what happened to his Unity 2020 project). Utterly despicable and destroyed any notion of press integrity. Whilst the other is completely slated at any and every opportunity and has been at the centre of a concerted effort to defeat him since winning 4 years ago. Whatever the outcome tomorrow, I am now utterly convinced that there is a global establishment that have sort to do everything in their power to bring Trump down. Globalisaiton has its own controlling elite who will subvert any form of rebellion against it.

What bs. Trump is the only one to suggest he would "weep and wail" about the result and in so doing is encouraging rioting by refusing to commit to recognise the result. I have heard nothing remotely similar from either Biden or his supporters.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |
