It puts alot of blame on those in E Block, who are now receiving abuse for it. Who's decision was that? And why does it seem that the club is taking no fault in this? There was no consultation, just a few strongly worded emails and/or calls and the club backed off. Awful

The hf are saying they don't want to force anyone out of there seats, fact. Some ridiculous comments from a bunch of silly little pr!cks. Really beginning to show there true colours, and they clearly have just spat there dummies out because they haven't got there own way. The atmosphere might be a bit sh!tter, but the club is better off without d!cks like that. They're just an embarrassment. Edited by ZIGnZAG (03 Sep 2018 10.37pm)

I sit in the Arthur so it really doesn't bother me but why do people think there's a god given right to sit in the same seat season upon season, there's 25k seats in the stadium and if the club wants the singing section in block e then tell the people they've got to move, they've got literally 24k other seats to pick from. The facilities are terrible in the Arthur, why should we struggle just to get to the toilet while the holmesdale get a red and blue bar that stretches the whole stand, cause that's the way it is and if I don't like it I can move to the holmesdale. The club should just tell people in block e, move, stay and join the hf or don't bother comming. There's only about 100 of them and if the club belive the best place is behind the goal then other people will just have to deal with it and sit somewhere else.

The HF have been a very good thing for the club but maybe all good things must come to an end. The reality is you would need to make the 'singing section' far bigger than just the fans wanting to move, it also needs to include the surrounding seats too Besides if they really wanted to create the best atmosphere they should spread out across the stadium anyway

Maybe I've missed something here, and apologies if I have, but why couldn't the HF just continue with their support where they were and continue their attempts at working with the club (especially with the pending redevelopment)? It's the 'spitting out of the dummy' and just abandoning their own (and might I add brilliant) project that I really don't get.
Cynic or realist? It's a fine line! |
