When Brussels decided to end tax avoiding practices within its member states, Britain decided to leave the EU.

Of all the crap you have posted this has to be the crappiest.
This is even too bonkers for conspiracy theorists. At least some conspiracies are plausible.

Ok. Yer entitled to your opinion.

What should be done with Michael Heseltine, the respected pesky MP who keeps speaking out. One of the Tory grandees saying a Corbyn government would be better than Brexit. Who'd have thunk it.

This is an interesting pic from the archives. Changed their tune.

That article was correct at the time. We voted to join a common market.

However, that common market has been transformed into a federal superstate, that agrees to overriding referendum’s (Ireland, Treaty of Lisbon) and trifling matters such as he TTIP, something I know you personally oppose.

If we were still in the common market, I would support that. However, we aren’t and we are better off out in the long term.

Heseltine isn’t a ‘Tory grandee’. He is man whose ambitions have been limited by his ability.

He is a bitter, old man. Just like Kinnock.

What should be done with Michael Hesseltine?

The answer is nothing. He is entitled to his opinion his is not part of the government so Mrs May does not need to sack him.

I would imagine that many Tories would be upset with his comments that he would prefer a Corbyn government. This however shows how desperate he is to remain in the EU and makes him look foolish. Not because he wants to remain but because he prefers another party to be in government.

I think he does a great service for the Brexit camp whether he knows it or not. Sadly he, like a lot of remain politicians will not criticise the EU. The government has a lot to answer for in the negotiations and are rightly criticised for it. However you rarely hear the remain politicians point out how disgraceful some of the comments and tactics from the EU have been.

Anyway keep on talking Michael as a leaver I think you are doing a great job.

He is a wet who tried to derail Thatcher’s necessary programme to revitalise Britain, following years of damaging consensus socialism.

He should be ignored and, perhaps, mocked.
