So, have Hamas said today that they will dismantle the tunnel network in order to bring peace?
Or are they still using it to prop up their power?

They have. Just a few minutes after Netanyahu dismantled the West Bank Wall; ended the seven year blockade of Gaza; promised to rebuild the thousands of homes demolished and allow the people to manage their own water resources and air-space; apologised for killing all those children; took an oath to stop the Israeli version of Liebansraum continuing; passed an act ensuring that Palestinians and Israelis have the same rights; ordered all illegal settlers to leave the land they have stolen so the Palestinian families can return home and agreed to adhere to the 44 UN resolutions so far ignored since 1948.

Oh, and because he did all that Hamas are going to be defunct in just over 5 minutes. Their support has suddenly disintegrated.

Interesting response from one who implores, normally, debate and discussion between opposing parties yet in this instance seems quote content to allow a government to sit back and watch whilst it's population, quite a few of them strategically placed human shields, die, without any form of compromise being mooted or even vaguely considered.

Hamas have a lot of blood on their hands because of their selfish actions and Hamas are not good for the Palestinian people. BTW, this is not a defence of Israel. It is a criticism of the c***s at Hamas who appear to be content to watch their people die rather than compromise.

You don't like Hamas. I get it. Not many people do. Not quite sure what that has got to do with shelling UN compounds and blowing children to bits and stealing land, etc, etc, etc. Are Hamas literally forcing the IDF to train their sights on hospitals and playgrounds and imploring them to demolish whole streets and murder and injure thousands of non-combatants then? I must have missed that bit. B*stards.

Up the IDF!

It's all the fault of Hamas. (even the stuff before Hamas existed as well too I'd imagine)

I have not responded to you recently because you got menstrual with me a few days ago.

However, the above appears to be you provoking me.

If you do this again, I will respond, which you may not like and get menstrual again. If you do this, you cannot say that I am ruining people's experience on here, as you are provoking me.

This is your choice. Choose wisely. I am not bothered either way as I know what you are, what you are about and know that you have breaking strain of a breadstick.

Why do you think it's s***e?

Because you posted it. Therefore, I presume you have not read it, don't have a real opinion on it but because 'Comrade Delta', or some other similar beacon of integrity, told you to think it, you did.

Two things for you to ponder and than bore us with a predictable response too:

1. In most conflict situations one side has the ascendancy and the other does not. In most cases, then that which does does has the ascendancy attempts to minimise the death toll of its civilian population by negotiating with the opposition. Hamas appears not to want to do this. Why is this? It is a genuine question and Something I cannot fathom. The Israelis have better firearms, etc., why not try and minimise civilian deaths through progressive discussions?;
2. Why don't you answer questions without a non evocative bunch of bollocks? All your stuff is illusionary, visionary bulls***. Answer what is asked.

Er...neither Hamas nor Netanyahu believe in progressive discussions. Please take your head out of the sand as far as your Israeli government bias is concerned. They are not good guys. I suspect Gazans and Hamas do not want to bend to the will of an enemy who wants them to vanish. And nor would you if you were in their sandals. Direct negotiation is anathema to both.

I have one question for you too: Do you want the Palestinians to have their own internationally recognised country one day? And without Israeli interference and tacit dominance via airspace control and water?

I thought that a Jewish newspaper publishing an article about genocide being acceptable and then withdrawing it was worth discussing. You don't, fair enough, then don't comment. But no you have to get a dig in. I won't respond to you again, even after you say I am running away from the debate. But it isn't a debate with you matt, as all readers can see.

You have the problem and your politics is f***ed.

Er, didn't I say I was not defending Israel?

I am totally and utterly on he side of the ordinary person trying to go about their life. I want peace the Middle East.

However, I believe that your 'saints' of Hamas are not quite so 'right on' as you think. Hippy.

Matthew - I feel you are in denial. I read your posts and they are that of a man who seems confused and let down by that the country where his natural sympathy lies, but rather than admit this you are apportioning the majority of the blame on a minority of protagonists when, in reality, the inverse is true. To assuage your somewhat dubious morality in all of this one suspects.

So, I have said that I am not defending Israel - many times - yet you dispute that and basically call me a Nazi c***.

Fair enough. You believe what you wish too. Enjoy life, looking at the inner most depths of your colon, whilst adding f*** all to society in Coastal Devon.

No. I want them to live in s***e circumstances whereby their human rights are consistently invaded, they are unable to build as a people and have no control over their future.

You are pathetic Kermit. Truly pathetic.
