The players are justifiably taking lots of plaudits, but Glasner is the key.
I’ve just watched his post match interview and he’s’moaning’ about the couple of chances we gave away when 1-0 up.
It’s a masterclass in psychology.
High standards with measured praise, but striving for more.
I would contend that every player has improved under him, although the confidence of a run of wins obviously helps.
His management gives me a degree of reassurance that if one or two depart that Glasner will adapt utilising the squad that emerges for the new season.

The job he's done is unbelievable and we're playing the best football I've seen us play.

He'll be as hard keep as Olise IMO.

There's no doubting the fantastic job that Ollie has done in transforming our team. I also like his general demeanor and intelligent responses in interviews. The guy has been a real ray of sunshine.

He deserves all the plaudits, but there is a team of coaches behind him and he's always quick to refer to 'us' and 'our work' when he explains tactics etc.

I confess I am not aware of who his team consists of, apart from Paddy, and I would be interested to learn more about them so if anyone can tell me more or where I can find this information I would be most obliged.

One final point. He said that as far as he is concerned, Michael and Ebs are not going anywhere. That's good enough for me so I look forward to the 24/25 season with eager anticipation.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Spot on, he really is a class act, and well done to Parish/Freedman for getting him in.

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

And Textor for recommending him (and I'm NOT a Textor fan)

Promise to gather some information and send it to you after my holidays. Wifey would kill me if I do it right now.

Hannes, I am most grateful to you for picking up on my request for more information about Ollie's coaching team.

Meantime, enjoy your holiday.

Very noticeable that he stresses ‘team’ a lot when he speaks.

Here is what was announced at the time of his appointment. Apparently Pogatetz was nicknamed ‘mad dog’ when he was a player due to his aggressive playing style - I like the sound of him!

I believe Pogatetz played for Boro. One of the coaches ( hope Hannrs will be able to help) was a striker and was too scorer in Austria in one season?

Another Glasner improvement.
