Simple straw poll - Roy to go or stay..!!

That's a similar poll result to the one on the other forum, which had been running for a while.
Mind you, they did a subsequent poll post Brighton and it was closer to 90% for him to go.

I'm kind of flabbergasted that 26% of the respondents think Roy is doing a good job. Did not expect that.

As one of the 26 the question wasn't did we think he was doing a good job but if he should go or stay .

So, sorry but I have to ask. Do you think he's doing a good job? If not then, like any employee who isn't up to the job, why would one keep him on?
Even if the reason were because he was an old and respected veteran employee who had lost the plot you would shuffle him off into a job where he couldn't hurt anything until retirement not put him in charge.
