But his brain doesn't function perfectly well. He's patently too old. Roy Hodgson gets enough grief over his age and he's in charge of a football team never mind the world's largest economy. That his brain doesn’t function well is what his distractors want you to believe. I don’t and I think you should be ashamed of falling into their trap. There is a huge difference between getting muddled sometimes and not functioning well. The first is recognised and corrected. The second isn’t.

You are completely wrong. I have many times said that should there be any actual evidence of wrongdoing then he should face exactly the same treatment as Trump. You can see all the shortcomings you wish. I see some too, not least his age. No President or candidate for President ought to be seriously considered suitable at this kind of age. There’s too much stress. It’s not a reasonable expectation. However much of what is thrown at Biden is simply Republican character assassination. He is his own man. He isn’t a bombast like Trump. Whenever he stumbles or falters someone will capture and publish it. Which other 80 year old could go through life without sometimes stumbling or faltering? Not this one I can assure you, but my brain still functions perfectly well. So I feel some connection to Biden and resentment at the juvenile treatment some try to hand out to him, because I get it too. Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II did a pretty fine job - and well into her nineties too....

When he takes, and passes, a cognitive ability test I'll be more inclined to agree.

As usual, Wisbelch wants you to ignore and deny what is clear and obvious and in front of your nose.

it was yonks ago that i ceased believing that the US President is anything other than a ceremonial role.....just for PR purposes. other people are running the US, or not at all....if you look at the shyte-show they seem to make of most things. Reagan was my realisation that looking the part, sounding good and smiling for the camera was all the job really entails. Take the metaphor of a UK Royal being a head of the Navy or whatever other armed force.....they smile and rubber-stamp the decisions of their Admirals. And they would mostly barely know the front from the back of a ship. So long as they can find the drinks cabinet they are happy. Same with the Oval Office in the WhiteHouse.

I stopped believing in democracy a long time ago. it's the powers that be behind the scenes that control everything. I believe trump rocked that boat a bit too much last time that's why they made sure he didint get in a second time. Only reason he got in the first place was because america was not ready for a first woman president. That's my conspiracy theory anyway for the week

Also, it wasn't just any woman. Hilary Clinton will never carry the masses. She achieved her station in politics through 'pull' not merit. And it shows. Not the real deal. Like having the chairman's nephew playing in a Premier league team. the first Black President was a brilliant speaker, with a good CV. When an american Thatcher emerges, the yanks will vote for her. Trump has delayed the Illuminati and their next plan...... And i predict that a woman President will be no champion of womens rights. Nor was Thatcher. In fact , she will roll back some of the rights of US women. The contrast between 1950's america and the 'sodom & gomorrah' of modern family life...has been noted in the corridors of power. The yanks are not dumb enough to allow Feminism to destroy their society as per Sweden. Edited by PalazioVecchio (10 Dec 2023 10.17am)

Edited by PalazioVecchio (10 Dec 2023 10.17am) Hilary is not liked by a lot of American women, she was very vocal and condescending about "women who stood by their men" and then had to eat crow when it happened to her. So she fell between 2 stools. The feminists were disappointed that she had "stood by her man" and the traditionalists disliked her for being a hypocrite. Edited by Badger11 (10 Dec 2023 10.33am)
