issue isnt the coaching staff its the game its self , we train footballers as athletes sprinters not footballers , then sent up to always attack fast , defend fast ,
I was a very fit guy quick as well , also i done alot of distant training anything up to 10miles a day , played semi pro for short time ,
played 50+ games a season only one guy in the team had muscle injurys because he was a lazy sod , rest of us couldnt have injurys we had work on monday , so need to train as footballers not sprinters

correct me if i am wrong. But the injury crisis at Palace is worse than any other team in this League ?

and the next 'international break' is not for ages.

Doomed, except if we bring in some new blood.

Kayla did Anfield & Old Trafford

Two weeks off now. You would hope we might get a couple back during this short break, but Olise, Eze definitely out for a while and we don’t know the extent of either Doucoure or Lerma’s injuries.

Looking at the fixtures between now and Christmas there is a winnable run of five starting with Burnley in four weeks’ time - Luton Everton Bournemouth W Ham. Before and after that they look a lot tougher. Be good to have some players back for that run. Wouldn’t expect much from Newcastle or Spurs before that so no point risking anyone. The three points from Man U were massive in the context of these injuries.

absolutely, we have hopefully bought ourselves 3 draws against smaller clubs. That is, assuming those same clubs get nothing at Old Trafford.

taxi for Eric Ten Haag

There is now a two week break and then again another 2 week break after 11th November, so we have 4 fixtures between now and 25th November, those being Newcastle Spurs, Burnley and Everton. I would be amazed if the majority if not all the current crop of injuries have not cleared up. That will take us up to 12 games been played so two thirds of the season to play. So to pick up the points we have so far with the influential players we have had missing is testament to how good we could be . Each club will have an injury crisis in a season we have had ours now but are sitting 9th . I think with the spine of Johnstone, Guehi,Anderson,Lerma and Dacoure, the creativity of Olise and Eze the who knows what of Franca ,we have a good premier league side with a new right back and center forward in January window we could be a very good side

Grim reading. Maybe Lerma & Franca aren’t too far away

Sadly i think Franca may be held back as he needs to familiarise himself with his new team mates and possibly the english language.
