We will struggle to survive this season. We are a nothing team now.

Comparing us against such teams as today's is quite futile and sadly the same could be said against our next opponents We will have other games where we should be able to pick up the required fourteen points we need ..then during the summer our club needs to seriously work on finding some talent up front.

Vieira was briefed to provide a more attacking, possession based style of football rather than the style that had become so unpalatable (for some) under the previous manager.

Other than the two centre backs the recruitment hasn't been good enough and he hasn't been backed.

Richards, Olise, Doucoure look ok but no more than that. Edouard not good enough and Mateta a Paulo Wanchope style punt.

The snobbery of our fans towards Dyche was a joke IMO.

Roy started playing more possession based football not PV.

Not been backed yet he has had 100m+

Edouard not good enough you say I disagree he gets very little service and has been set to play a role which is more running around not standing in the box (when he gets a chance most times he scores)

Dyche did well today without any new players going to his club.

The only surprise today is that we didn't get beaten by more which would probably happened until the bundle let us back into the game.

The clue is in your answer "standing in the box". The days of fox in the box are well and truly gone. He'll need to run all day, stretch the opposition defence, keep the ball when it comes and help the players coming in behind him find chances. Not stand around like he's got something stuck up his arse.

Schlupp also played as striker under Hodgson.

not many of our squad would be starters in event teams below us, let alone in sides like Fulham or Brighton. Not getting a decent RB and CF this January is playing roulette with our chances - hail mary IMHO in the two new signings, don't see how they can make up for the dross in the forward line. Very frustrating that Eze clearly is a class player, but no impact! Shluppie was our best player, although Richards and Guehi were quite decent. Second MU goal was because Ayew completely at sea when he should have been looking after Shaw.

..quite decent?? they were excellent! Eze is gaining back his confidence after a very nasty injury ..imagine what's going through his mind as he comes into contact with another player and The cross for the goal was extremely tight between Ayew and Shaw and I feel it's extremely harsh to blame him, poor Ayew he gets the crap kicked out of him on the pitch and he gets the crap kicked out of him on here.

They only managed one shot on target that beat our defenders and keeper, I very much doubt the cross that Hughes handled was going to result in one of their players having a free shot.

Sure, that did pass my mind, but if he's not fully committed then he's not so much is he? How long do you think it will take him to psychological overcome the fear of another injury?

Some never do sadly, it's the huge recovery period that is so damaging and I thought the same with Benteke because he continued to play with one which obviously hindered him and then he had the opp and he never ever recovered, horrible.

Eze has unbelievable talent and has never really relished getting stuck in, he's a pass and move type.

Means nothing we were 2-0 down

I agree it doesn't, but I was just highlighting the fact that our defensive play today resulted in us deservedly not being beaten by any more.
