I'm hoping we do sign him if it means us finally seeing an end to Ayew starting on the right every game..

Although Ayew wasn't bad last game and in pre season - well, not bad for him anyway. I don't rate Sarr as much better than what we have. We've not exactly been in a rush. If the price is right springs to mind.

I'm not sure he's worth the money that they're asking. Plus if he couldn't agree personal terms with Villa then I don't want us to break our wage structure. I'd rather Ebiowei get more chances. Plus Sarr picks up quite a few hamstring injuries. He'd be a good addition but only at the right price - which I don't think is likely to be an option.

Apparently Villa decided to pull the plug on the deal and Sarr isn’t demanding to leave but it’s still likely unless we sell Pedro too. EDIT: Seems he would like to stay in the London area .

I would rather sign Yaser Asprilla. Still very young and raw but I think he is going to be a top player.
Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that. |

He won't even light up the championship in the way Olise and Eze did, I'd rather use Plange and Ebowei. Not loaning Plange to a sh1thole would be a start.

I tend to the view that the coaches/PV/etc., know what they're doing and that they deem Plange isn't yet ready for a regular PL place or even regular appearances off the bench. Both Plange and O'Brien have been given challenges they need to overcome.
