No, you’re right - I’ll just express engineered outrage every time I’m fed a headline of something that ‘may’ happen (even though it obviously won’t happen). When are they rolling out Sharia law?

You have an opinion, I think it's highly obvious that it's the wrong one over time. As for Sharia, it's already operating in the country. Edited by Stirlingsays (24 Mar 2022 6.33pm)

You can predict what you want, the reality is these type of stories and threads get people frothing at the mouth and saying things like “this has to stop” over something which, from what I and my researcher can find, has not even started. If it does happen, it might then be worth talking about. There was a pub called the black boy. Find out what happened to that for something to do!

To be clear. The slaves taken were the strongest, fittest and brightest. If you lose millions such people over the course of hundreds of years it takes a lot to recover. Africa continues to suffer the effects of such a prolonged drain. So yes, it remains relevant and there is an argument for support to help The continent try to regain some ground. The only equivalent in Europe I can think of was the Black Death. Are you allowed to call it the Black Death?

There's a pub called the Black Ladd in Shaw, Oldham. When living there I went for the most pleasant lamb lunches: It is named after a horse who surprisingly is black of coat. Is the word 'black' being taken ownership of by an interest group?
