Wilfs an idiot, but it was extremely obvious Sanchez was exaggerating contact and trying to get him sent off. In fact it was blatant what he was doing.

Second half if a palace player is within 10 yard of him we should fall over and start screaming and the ref should feel obliged to get his cards out.

Zaha has been living a charmed life. He has avoided yellows or second yellows on numerous occasions of late and so probably expected to get away with it again. Hopefully this is the catalyst for change and he comes back from AFCON full of positive energy rather than the scowling crap version of Zaha.

I thought we were doing ok up until their first goal.
It's probably a case of damage limitation and trying to ensure we have a team ready for Norwich if that gane is going ahead.
Wilf has been on edge for many games this season, and it was only a matter of time before he was going to be sent off in a game.
When you look at the bench it seems unfair to have to play the game, but we just have to get on with it.

Nope - it'll just make him feel even more hard done by......

He’s been there before. It didn’t help last time.

Can you honestly see anybody wanting to buy him with that attitude? I can’t.

On the plus side, Manure will get virtually nothing with the sell-on clause!

Hopefully, da management will realise that we can put out a winning team without him.

If I never see him in our colours again, I wouldn't be in the least bit bothered.

Worst of all though, he's jeopardising his own future, whatever that might be.

Not gonna slate Zaha too much. He's done enough in the past when others weren't but over the last few years his petulance has become overbearing and his desire to take on players of late seems to have disappeared. Probably just needs to be sold at this point and this is coming form an avid fan (although I've said this for a good few years now).

But not for yellow cards, VAR can't change that.

I doubt it. Don’t think he gives toss.

So 2 down at half time, playing 10 against 11 - Do we knacker ourselves trying to get something out of the game or do we try to ease ourselves out of it without too much embarrassment and go again on Tuesday ?
