The Watford of political parties, few bad results for the manager get the next one in

Hahaha, don't you realise that if they get rid of Boris your chances of getting anyone into No.10 reduces still further as they will probably get someone far more competent in place.

Yeah, thats true, but I have given up on the working class people to do anything but know their place in society and tip cap now and again! We are a subservient country now more than ever, and historically vote CONservative, so I would prefer as decent a CON as you can get, and have a clear out of this entire cabinet. Start afresh, maybe Richi in charge, good CONS behind him,(they aren"t all thieving crooks), and start by holding a thorough police investigation-with the proceeds of crime people at the front, in to the missing £47 thousand million- that would be a statement of intent that even I would salute the CON pm for!

A refreshingly honest post which shows an understanding of where the country is at and which I as a voter who has traditionally leaned towards conservative cannot argue with one jot.

Seriously, what the f*ck is this?

I am a Conservative supporter and a Boris fan but the sun is going down on him now.
He may not have known about the alleged party but in any event the people working for him shouldn't have done it and if it had been Thatcher in charge - for example - I suspect it would never have happened - they have no respect for anyone - maybe none of them do nowadays?
Boris is not leading anymore from what I can see and so should go asap.
As for my thoughts on the underlings and civil servants involved - I can't say what I think here.
They should be dismissed - and should have been a year ago - without a second thought.
The Civil Service is not neutral politically and is incompetent as has been proved by their actions in the Foreign Office recently.
I am not sure there is a politician of any party that I would trust to lead the country right now except maybe Sunak.
Hopefully that will happen.

BJ has never led. He is an electable "face" and nothing more.

I think what he is saying is that you would have been in more danger if you had a party yourself, therefore you were better off being locked away at home. Could be wrong however.

I guess he thinks we should be grateful then? Those brave souls.

Depends who with. I spoke to a guy whose overweight neighbour who was a bit of a big drinker died a few weeks after that Christmas catching covid off one of his grandkids. If I was vulnerable I’d probably be careful during high infections.

I heard that bungle is the kind of man that sees a crowd charging in one direction-runs in front and shouts"follow me", it summed him up perfectly.

I don't think he particularly 'believes' in anything but his own personal success - his opinion is always whatever wins him more votes.

Yeah, he would probably be the leader of the Liberals by now if he hadn"t got in to the CONservative party, just another career politician, no more, no less.
