OK, so prove me wrong with facts on anything I have said. Otherwise, my statement stands. Good luck. You've accused others of ruining threads, called them cliched, dull, fools, that they're deserving of ridicule, when in both cases they were engaged in conversation before you started in with the insults. You derailed the thread, not them. I don't much care about the politics this way of that, but at least Croydon and Wisbech are able to act like decent human beings to those they disagree with. You instead try to plunge others into the same relentless misery you appear to view the world with. Cheer up.

I'm the third person in this thread you've told not to post or what to post. It's a public forum. I certainly won't stop replying to people when I have a point to make. Nor would you. You've spent this thread replying to people engaging in good faith conversation with insults and belittlement. A debasement of what was actually a fairly interesting meeting of minds at times - even between us. For someone who's plastered the site with hundreds of identikit comically one tone posts on race, you've got a bit of a nerve imagining you have say over what others are allowed to contribute. If I'm posting 'for effect', you've spent what looks like years posting to no effect.

It is impossible to argue and debate with people who believe their opinions are facts. " You're wrong because I say you're wrong " etc
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

" You're wrong because I say you're wrong " etc That covers almost all of the most strident people on here really. It's arguably why many post here to begin with. Not a trait of left or right as such, just an indication of being more rather than less political.

And that something, whatever it may be, isn’t available within the EU. We can play a guessing game if you wish. I'll start. They don't have Nigel Farage in the EU. Could that be the reason they want to be here? Mind you, they do have Geert Wilders. So maybe the Farage impact is cancelled out.

Next time you are on holiday in Spain see how many Africans are working in bars and restaurants? I was in Tenerife (very near Africa) about 5 years ago it looked like this: Bars - Spanish and Brits I've noticed this in other EU countries as well the locals look after each other and at a pinch will employ a Brit if it makes sense for their trade. They all sign up to the equality band wagon and then ignore it. It's the reason why so many migrants want to come to the UK they know they have a much better chance of getting a job. A friend is a social anthropologist and is as left wing as they come she has recently been studying migrant life in Paris and had to admit they we treat them much better in the UK. We are not perfect but we are a darn sight better than the French, Spanish et al. Would we allow illegal migrants camps like the French? No there would be a public outcry and something would be done.

I suppose, if you have lived in a hot and dry, desolate place where people carry knives for "personal protection" you might not want to change everything too quickly. So replacing the hot and dry with wet and cold might make sense.

We certainly treat our legal migrants well, and arrange English and familiarisation courses for them. Incoming doctors and nurses are offered these. Is having a reputation for fairness and decency a bad thing? In many ways it's one of our primary assets now we are on our own.

No of course not but is it fair to allow military age men to push their way into our country (and enrich criminal gangs) who says they are the most deserving? I would much rather we stop this and send them back until we kill this horrid people trafficking trade. Immigration should then be done through the local embassy where the weak and the more deserving can be helped.
