Maybe it’s different in Maine although flying lobster pots must be a concern.

There are more guns in vacationland than lobster pots, however the lobster pot is such a giant pot, that it could easily be used as a deadly weapon, if one was so inclined.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

I can see why with responses like that people get very angry.
The sooner the split happens the better.

Best I not respond beyond that.

Again I must ask, what is your "split" Stirley?

Do you have a unabomber style manifesto that I could read?

If being told the hard truth makes you angry, then yes you must be livid with what I said. Every single thing I said about what that silly woman and her friends did is 100% correct. They violently assaulted police, broke in to a federally controlled secure building, where no doubt there are threats of terrorism on a weekly basis, so there are plenty of guys running around with guns.

Put yourself in a dangerous situation, by committing a criminal misdeed, criminally breaking and entering into a secure facility and threatening the lives of others, and you are likely to get shot in America.

You can probably get special lobster bullets to shoot them with.

Go break into any business, with a hundreds strong mob, beat down the security guards, chant for the murder of the company executives, ransack the building, and attempt to get closer to your target (hanging Mike Pence, or killing Nancy Pelosi) and any security guard in America would be justified to use deadly force to repel the crazed mob with their bear spray and tactical gear.

This wasnt a business, this was the US Capitol.

This wasnt a security guard, this was a Capitol police officer.

The guy was doing his job, plain and simple.

You wanna go break into the US Capitol and run amok - please understand there are guys there with guns, she put herself in that situation, like all her other moron MAGA friends, and she paid the price.

I wouldn't say she paid the price, more that we should not be surprised at the outcome, with all factors considered. It's tragic as it was a mix of those wanting to do harm, and more benign types who clearly got swept up in something to the extent that they viewed life as almost like a video game.

It's all but impossible to argue with your assessment at least of what occurred, and is akin to me trying to break into 10 Downing Street or Buckingham Palace with armed individuals saying that they want to kill those inside and then being surprised when that doesn't go to plan. In short it was behaviour that cannot be allowed or excused if government is to function. I worry for anyone who doesn't get that.

No I view this as unacceptable.

No one should be shot who isn't being violent.

The doors to this building were opened to this crowd. There was no warning shot and this woman was shot through the neck. This is not justice, it's the justice of the Democrats.

The contention that the crowd were out to murder people is completely hyperbolic. If they had intended to kill either security staff or politicians then shots would have been fired by them.

Considering the number of questions I've put to you and that you have ignored it's a bleeding cheek that you put one to me with even the slightest expectation that I'd answer it.

Like I said, ask the around 40 percent of Democrats who also want a split.

Great point, Ted.

Mentioning a black guy who made up a story about being racially attacked, as some kind of counter argument to the vast swathes of right wing MAGA loonies who perpetrate acts of domestic terrorism.

Maybe throw some Orwell quotes in for effect next time?

“What can you do, thought Winston, against the lunatic ... who gives your arguments a fair hearing and then simply persists in his lunacy?” [Orwell 1984]

Spot on. Go ransacking through the halls of number 10 and see what happens.

Fair enough at the contention that she should not be surprised at the outcome, rather than paid the price, but I contend that both are true.

You must be on a windup here. You just must be.

She was in the middle of a violent, out of control, raging mob, who were systematically destroying doors and windows to enter further into the central areas of the Capitol building.

The crowd werent out to murder people? Why were they chanting "hang Mike Pence"? They must just have been joking, MAGA morons are known for their wit.

After violently attacking Capitol police, and causing serious injuries to many, including the later death of one of them, you cant seriously cite that as non violent?

"The doors were opened" were they? she was shot climbing through a door which the mob had smashed a hole in........I rest my case.

Just send me your Utopian Segregation Manifesto (USM) and I will have a glance at it when on the bog, Stirley.

I dont know what you mean by "split". You do realize that normal people are capable of living right next to each other, respecting each other, and having a happy co-existence, dont you?

You just completely ignore the points. The growing calls on both sides for secession is a case in point.

You're written many posts on here demonising your political opponents and then write how people can live side by side respecting each other. If that's true Mainey then start with yourself. In reality your 'respecting others' is just as conditional as it is for your opponents.

Enjoy your delusions Mainey.
