Great idea. Perhaps they could also do some fancy, italic quill-style writing, like on the kit from Brazil, except ours could incorporate quotes from the crap-towns review, like this one (genuine): 'Everywhere you turn, if there isn't an abandoned car at the road side, there's a mattress or a discarded bath (no really) obstructing your path. It is the centre of the chav universe'.

Like a few other comments, I think (and hope) the evil sash is back, perhaps as our 2nd kit. The red and blue sash on a black shirt looks sensational. So does this mean the white sash returns as our first kit?? I like our red and blue stripes but I’m from an era where our white kit with the sash was striking and made all other team’s shirts look bland. Edited by AdelaideEagle (24 Jul 2021 12.40am)

I won't be impressed with anything other than a red-and-blue sash on a white home shirt, and YES an evil sash third would inject spirit amongst the fans. Bored with red and blue stripes. BRING BACK THE SASH !!!

Very nice third kit. The 2 colours together aren’t linked to palace at all, but it’s a nice kit. Edit: I’ve just got the memo. Linked to CPFC 1861. The ‘match day wear’ is absolutely horrible. Edited by Rudi Hedman (26 Jul 2021 4.28pm)

Our original Barca type kit had royal blue stripes, now we have light blue. I can see the sash coming back this season, there's generally a bit of re-branding going on, a scarlet and ROYAL blue sash please, on a white background of course, black is for referees.
