It is certainly encouraging to see a lot more positive noises coming from the youth set up. Hopefully a few of those youngsters will progress to the first team squad in years to come.

down here(worthing) the tesco bag boys are now WAY over confident, the topic is not winning, but by how many!
they want to return the 5 goal favour dished out by AJ a few years ago.
If Palace can actually roll their sleeves up, we may get something.

Regarding the Burnley Fulham draw tonight, a good result for us as it keeps them below us.
See no reason why we cannot get a point at Brighton who while on an impressive unbeaten run, play eye catching fancy stuff, find it difficult to score.

They might score a few, cutting through our porous defence like a knife through butter.

Really believe that Hodgson will wake up and properly prepare the squad as he may finally get the drift that, given all the speculation, that his job may well be on the line if we fail to get at least a point.
Lose and he may well be sacked, particularly,if we show no fight, with only a roll over capitulation performance.
Time will tell which Palace side will turn out, hopefully one showing some pride and conviction, which might just save his job until the season's end.
Roll on retirement!!

Very optimistic to think Roy will change anything for the game. He is the most predictable manager we’ve ever had.

If we get any kind of result he wouldn’t change the starting XI. If we had Messi he’d be on the bench. Seeing as we got humped in the last game he’ll make the trademark changes. Mitchell, Ward and Cahill in for PVA, Clyne and Dann. Benteke and Bats will drop out for Townsend and Mateta.

These changes will count for nothing as we will still play with no energy, passion or leadership. Not a chance in hell a 73yo manager is suddenly going to change how he coaches or motivates the team.

BHA 3 - 0 Palace

That goblin Maupay will score two. The cretin Dunk will get the third.

And I feel like I may be overly optimistic by that score line.
