Maybe we should pretend the Selhurst revamp has started and say we need to play away from home for the forseeable future.

Just back from the match. Nothing positive to say other than that. Manager, team and players were dross. So I will leave it at that other than saying well done Colchester, they fully deserved it :-(

And just when I was starting to feel ever so faintly optimistic - albeit off the back of one result. Back down to earth for me.

Well done Colchester, you deserved your win...

Nice little reality check after the Man Utd game at the weekend...

Yet another Iceland moment for Roy and normal service resumed.

He simply can't beat sides that sit back and defend.

Failed at that other ‘’skill set’’ I posted about and Roy spoke about on radio 5 live straight after the Man Utd win then. Not surprised. Taking zero satisfaction from predicting that a win with 20% possession may mean nothing when we may have 45-55% possession. Hopefully it’ll cause them to improve vs villa but I wouldn’t count on it.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Woods - one of the only positives from tonight' by Midlands Eagle

Just back from the game and he looked assured, was always available for Andros (who was hopeless) and showed some neat touches. Would like to see how he would fare against better opposition.

Ayew showed what he can do and how much he has improved from a year ago. The rest of the team, can't think of much to write home about.
