Burnley really messed this up for us. Looks like this will inflate the price or result in a money up front rather than loan, or worst case Burnley win out. Whatever looks like it will mess with our transfer plans.

Just make sure we have a team ready to bundle him into a taxi when he lands to avoid Burnley doing a West Brom on us.

If we miss out on this one,. It can only be because, we are so long winded in putting any deal together.

Assuming we can promise equal wages and playing time, all we can hope for is the player's desire to live in London. However, given he lived in Cardiff for a year, unfortunately for us he doesn't seem to be one of the Latin players unwilling to live outside London (or Manchester/Liverpool at a stretch).
