Reap what you sow has nothing to do with it. Booing a player that has been hit on the neck and come back on with an injury is disgraceful behaviour.

According to Michael Vaughan unless you are wearing the full helmet with neck guard you may not be covered by insurance. Hopefully there is no long term damage to Smith but I thought his heroics unwise.
