Dougie made some great transfers during his time as manager.....but since he left it's been relative donkeys.

I'm beginning to think that the real judge of a player during his stay was possibly someone else......Maybe it was Popovic who was the guy with the eye.

I've mentioned before we can only afford players that come along as a gamble...same as all the teams outside the top six, some players are less of a gamble but still a gamble.

Sorloth is a good gamble I feel for the future, these games are difficult as all the Grimsby players are in the box defending creating no space for anyone, they will get tired though.
