Up skirting should absolutely be a criminal offence. 2 years seems harsh, but anyone who does it is clearly a pervert and should be on the sex offenders register and do a bit of time at the very least.
This is catch-all puritanical thinking worthy of the religious right. I'm not concerned with the criminalisation of adults using this technique to record pictures for later use, commercial or whatever. Two years seems harsh but there should be some sort of punishment for this. However, immature boys shoving small mirrors under girl's legs and then being put on sex registers that can damage their whole lives is extremism with no common sense. There seems to be a desire within society to reward offences that use to be greeted with a black eye or clip with prison time. Lunacy.

Has anyone on HOL actually said that taking candid photos up a female’s skirt is acceptable? i dont beleive that exact phrase has been used...however not wanting a criminal charge for it is more of less the same, because otherwise theirs no punishment. and if you want to proper punishment then you must deem it acceptable.

I am pretty disgusted at the bouncng of the up skirting bill. But please look at BBC website and count the number of MPs present on the video clip.( you dont need many fingers) This MP who objected may be a clown but actually he did show up for work on Friday and maybe that is his point ?

Do you think they are likely to ban 'Down Cleavaging' as well?

We chaps all like to have a glimpse at a pair of jubblies that are kindly put on partial show by a nubile young lady who has forgotten to fasten all her buttons (if we’re honest), but the line has to be drawn at surreptitious photographs, surely. Could you stop talking utter cobblers. No one on this thread approves of it but some feel that a 2 year sentence is ridiculously harsh. Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (16 Jun 2018 11.55pm)
