I'm not concerned with the criminalisation of adults using this technique to record pictures for later use, commercial or whatever. Two years seems harsh but there should be some sort of punishment for this.

However, immature boys shoving small mirrors under girl's legs and then being put on sex registers that can damage their whole lives is extremism with no common sense.

There seems to be a desire within society to reward offences that use to be greeted with a black eye or clip with prison time.

I think it’s called ‘Down Blousing’ round these parts. If photos are involved, then probably yes, that will become an offence too. We chaps all like to have a glimpse at a pair of jubblies that are kindly put on partial show by a nubile young lady who has forgotten to fasten all her buttons (if we’re honest), but the line has to be drawn at surreptitious photographs, surely.

No one on this thread approves of it but some feel that a 2 year sentence is ridiculously harsh.
Obviously, if this was part of a pattern of deviant behavior toward women or a multiple offender then more stringent action should be taken but 2 years for taking a picture of someone's gusset is bonkers.
