Decent 1st half from him, played in a nice ball that Mitrovic bicycle kicked on target.

They won, he played the whole game and he got smacked in the face deliberately during an injury time melee and completely ignores it.

Colindres is a cock and should get retrospective punishment.

Mexico roasting Germany on the counter attack. Shame they don't have Wilf down the left. More to the point shame England don't as well !!!

All about England for me. Palace and England always.
Love the Palace players when they play for Palace, love the England players when they play for England. I’m slightly more interested in Palace players playing for other teams in the World Cup, similar to say if we play spurs, I’m watching out for Kane, Ali,Dier etc as they also play for England.
But the World Cup is the World Cup and I’m only interested In
England.

He scores so many like that. Must be the best curler of the ball in the world.

Enjoying the Brazil game. Shaqiri seems to be carrying some timber ala Neil Shipperly. However he is a clever little player just saw him buy a free kick and give his team mates a breather. He had a big hand in the equalizer he played the ball off the Brazilian for a corner. Clever move as he was boxed in.

Anyway good game I hope the Swiss get a draw just to make it interesting.

We always have a chance but football teams need a bit of time to settle into a tournament ... it's far too early to write off anyone yet.

I'd say Spain, Portugal and Mexico have looked good - but it's only one game

Let's see England play a game before getting too excited
