This was done by Alan and AQG2 so Paul, I'm sure will carry it on! So far it's never happened. For a few minutes on Saturday I thought it was going to but I was saved again!!! Alan genuinely was a lovely man, one of the good guys for sure. Hopefully I will make it to the Holmesdale/Whitehorse for West Brom for his official drinks. I made the Leicester meet, but cannot make the WBA game. I know a tribute to Alan has been sent to CPFC for inclusion in the WBA programme. So can someone going to the game get me a programme ? I know it is a bit of a ball-ache, but I'd rather have a sweaty, jizz-stained match-worn urine-soaked programme , than a sterile one from the club shop. (postage and beers to be paid) Also, If Alan's family need any assistance with any arrangements, please let his CPFC friends know by PM Hope the WBA game and meet goes great Bestest Forest

Top Bloke. meet him in 2010, and I know people blow smoke up peoples arse's when the pass away, but Alan truly was a gentleman of the highest calibre, and I feel privileged to have known him. You will all have your memories of Al, but mine will be of him in the WH, telling me to stop digging out Owen Garvan. Al. you will be missed by all that met you. RIP.

I am sure nobody has forgotten but there will be a meeting to celebrate Alan years of supporting Crystal Palace F.C. at the Holmesdale / Whitehorse Pub before and after the WBA game on Sunday. Alan's final game was the 3-2 win over Brighton at Selhurst, so we know he passed a happy man proud that his beloved team had secured another year in the Premiership. Alan would like to have bought all his mates from the HOL meets one last drink , so on Sunday he will , your first drink will be on Alan just to get the party started and those that knew him know how much he loved a party. So hope to see a load of Alan's mates there on Sunday to celebrate one of Crystal Palace's finest. He was one of our own.
