Everyone has seen the emergence of RLC this season to the point that he now has a place in the World Cup squad. It would be great if we could start to get a healthy reputation from other managers as a club for blooding talent in order to give them regular first team opportunities.

Klopp may well recognise this and give Solanke the chance to be a 25-30 game per season player.

I believe he’d fit in really well in tens of style

Agree on Solanke & Abraham as well. Both solid options.

Abraham hasn't impressed at all for Swansea.I think he only scored 5 PL goals and only 1 PL goal since Mid-October.

I saw Spurs-Swansea live and he massively impressed me. Didn’t score but there’s a player in there for sure. Loan for a couple of million, what’s to lose?

Yes I agree - he just never impressed for Swansea last season and more was expected of him.
Same can be said of Bony whom Swansea paid £12 Mill for from Man C.Only made 19 apps and only scored 3 goals.

Perhaps he just didn't like Wales as after all Zaha didn't set the world alight when loaned out to a Welsh club either

1) Dendoncker
2) Antonio
3) Schurrle
4) Loftus Cheek

With those 4 we would be pushing for a Euro place next year.

I don't think we will get 4 players like that but I see no reason why 2 might be on their way to us.We will of course also need a 2nd right back if Ward is on his way.

Why?

Are you suggesting that Suoare and Schlupp are more than mediocre then????

Both are mediocre, nothing else. That's why they play for us not Man City!

Ok RLC isn’t on this list as I just can’t see it happening. But obviously would be first choice!

1. Right back - Ryan Fredericks (free)
2. Center Mid - Joe Allen (£15m)
3. Right wing - Michail Antonio (£20m)
4. Forward - Mitrović (£15m)

These players are all possibly available and I’d say that’d be a good window if we bought them in. £50m is likely what we have give or take £10m.

For me, left back is the position that we are strongest in, so to call this out as an area for improvement is somewhat confusing.

I read your post as suggesting Van Aanholt is mediocre. Far from it, he’s bloody brilliant.
Schlupp is a good backup, better than average for me.
Souare, who knows after injury but he was a good player beforehand.

So we’re well stocked.

Wasn’t there rumors in Jan that Pep was thinking of making a bid for him?

He’s the one play I fear may get more interest than we can say no too.

Could def do a job for City if he carried on the end of season form he showed for us.

Personally I’d rather keep him even if a stupid offer came in. He’s really seems to have taken to Palace but wouldn’t blame him if he got his head turned.
