In fairness Pulis has a short shelf life as West Brom are now finding out after Peter Coates bankrolled him at Stoke. Big Sam talked about bringing "joy" back to the fans when he was appointed and then decided he needed 40 mil to keep us up. Football full of people that talk sh1t really.

Yeh mate you are bang on, the club has been run in a completely schoolboy way for years. The January transfer window was a shambles, as was the last one. FDB was a shambles. No striker was a shambles. 1 goalie is a shambles. And so on and so forth. Parish is inept at managing a squad properly, look at how many players are out of contract at the end of this season. But remember, you cannot criticize Parish here! Whoops I think I just did that. Should listen to my own advice. And this is yet another dig on another thread. Bore off back to Baseball & Ice Hockey

Announcing building a stand is quite an achievement....Parish has the right ideas about off field matters, I certainly dont doubt him there, he is a businessman. Doing the stadium upgrade should be linked to us staying in the league though, which is by no means a certainty.

Bore off back to Baseball & Ice Hockey Yes I sometimes reply to more than 1 thread at a time, Jimenez. If you are with happy SP's performance level in the last 3 years, I would imagine you have pretty low expectations. I find your comments about baseball and ice hockey a bit offensive, playing into nationality based stereotypes which is a bit small minded. I am quite English, even though I live in the States.

I never said I was completely happy with all that Parish has done, but you criticise without offering any solutions or for that matter knowing exactly what circumstances he has been up against.

I have offered countless answers to the "well whats the solution then" that Parish apologists and sycophants ask. Here we go once again: Parish should recuse himself from any and all activity relating to transfer dealings, managerial appointments, and man management of managers. Reason? He has shown himself to be totally sh&&e in all 3 of these areas, for years, literally. He should bring someone new into the club to handle these tasks, or appoint from within, such as Freedman. He should focus on business/non football related matters where he has some acumen and skill, and let a football man run the football side of this club. Not sure what an "anologie" is mate, but I do get bent out of shape when Parish apologists and sycophants tell me I am not allowed to support my beloved Palace, because I think Parish is c%%p at his job. I get plenty of fresh air on a 5 acre wooded plot of land North of Portland, Maine.

As for focusing on running business/non football related matters I would of thought that when your running a football club that is part of your remit (or is that down to Phil Alexander?)

Will you feel the same when we are relegated and our income is stripped away and all because SP is out of his depth and well above his level of competence as a PL Chairman, which of course he will not be, for much longer. The past is history and cannot be changed, the future is what matters now and at present that looks like championship football and who knows with reduced income we could heading to even deeper depths in football terms!

Of course not. Parish still has ultimate say so on these matters as he confirmed on the FYP podcast not long ago. Who cares who works with architects to build a new stadium or who sorts out the season ticket prices, I am talking about footballing matters.
