Leaving aside their home game against Man C , in their previous 5 Home games Swansea only conceded 3 goals. How many goals had Leicester conceded at home in the 5 home games prior to playing Palace, pray tell?
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

Keep reading that Swansea have only conceded 3 goals in 5 home games before Man City...yawn! Our last 5 away we've only conceded 2 goals, which ain't bad either! So shove it you bunch o' pessimistic a**holes! Happy Christmas BTW....
Swansea have conceded 7 goals in their last two games, home and away, and just sacked the manager. If we can get on top early, they will crumble. Edited by Ray in Houston (21 Dec 2017 10.00pm)
We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football. |

According to Willo's contacts Swansea have only have conceded 3 goals in 5 games if you exclude the Chity match! That must mean there will be at least over 1.5 goals & you can quote me on my prediction!

In actual fact my Stats referred to the previous 5 Home league games prior to the Man City game.I never needed any of my 'Contacts' to provide this information - I had a feeling they hadn't conceded that many at the 'Liberty' and decided to find out for myself. My thoughts were confirmed.

Yes I know they are facts & you don't need a contact to evaluate stats but I was just prolonging an old joke! You maybe a really nice person in the flesh but you don't come across like that in many of your messages. You do sometimes write interesting posts but you to come across as insecure & wanting attention in many of them with your ITK hints & your various contacts comments. At the rate December is going, i’d say Wilf is in line for player of the month and Roy manager? Not wanting to be the curse that Pardew was two years ago when we were 5th and he started going on about the England job. X fingers toes touch wood et al and some other stuff to prevent foot going in mouth..

They never concede loads of goals at the 'liberty' as they try to keep the most possession of the ball over the years but this year they are pretty poor. For useful information why not say who they were against .. The massive scorers that are. Bournemouth. Stoke. Brighton. West Brom. Also they didn't score against. Brighton. Burnley. Lost to Brighton and stoke. They Beat Huddersfield and West Brom at home. We should be better than them two. So I'd say if we don't keep a clean sheet Roy will be disappointed. If we don't win Roy will be more disappointed. True story!

On paper of course we should spank these but you might have said the same about Leicester playing us last week.

Willo's a strange one isn't he - seems to get a massive kick out of always completely justifying any of his own words and must always, always have the last word. A bit like Donald Trump. Anyway, news and stat sites work hard to provide as many stats as possible for whatever reason but they are largely meaningless, but we all love them. Haven't won there in 21 years, best start since 1984 yada yada yada... Records and runs are there to be broken. So they haven't conceded many goals - how many teams have they played that were on a great run? Only Man City and they got a slapping. Confidence is the holy grail in football. The only thing preventing me from thinking this is a shoe-in today is that, well, we're Palace...
You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue |

Many on here seem to think that we are too good to go down, that our squad is better than others, that we'll get out of the relegation scrap in the end. Without rose-tinted glasses on, can you tell me who in our squad is good enough for a top 10 side? Let's look at our starting 11 today: Speroni - Decent at shot shopping, pretty crap at kicking, very small, no command of his penalty area. Should be retired. Fosu-Mensah - On loan, not convincing. Milivojevic - Decent enough. The other problem is our f***ing stupid formation and insistence on playing inverted winners. If you play with inverted wingers you need your full backs to overlap. Ours never, ever, ever overlap, so we have no width, the middle of the pitch is congested and we always lose the ball. We never cross the ball, despite buying Benteke who can literally only score with his head. We aren't good enough and we're going down. What a ridiculous post.
