It was embarrassing today. A total car crash. From where I was sitting no game plan, no one seemed to know what there were supposed to do. The 2 loan kids were the only decent players.
So we need 2 experienced CB's?? Like who for example? And how much will they cost?
We have 2 decent wingers already in Wilf and Andros and who was wing back? Joel Ward!
Its as if the manager had never met the players before or undertaken any training sessions with them. He appeared to be completely bewildered as to what was going on.

What I don't understand is why we didn't play the same team as in preseason.. We were starting to look ok vs schalke.
Why was ward even on the pitch? He hadn't played RWB at all so he wasn't used to it.. and LRC in the front 3? Then replace Milo? All very strange.

It already takes a while to change to a new system. Throwing in curveballs like this doesn't help.
