Well I have thought it through. You appear not even to have read it.
The whole premise is that Sakho is the crucial reason we are still in with a good shout of staying up. if we do not retain him next year the future of the manager be questioned before the season starts not part way through yet again. Without Sakho, points per game under Allardyce are far worse than Pardew though, obviously, injuries and Zaha (who also might leave this summer) missing for a couple of games have contributed.

FYI, Allardyce joined on 23 Dec. Since then, Palace have 23 points from 19 games for the 12th best record, five better than the 18th placed team

Surely, there have been more improvements made since Pardew left than Sakho arriving?

It's been well publicised that it took a long time to get SA's plans into effect, and that was due to team imbalance, fitness Levels, defensive training etc...
These ideas didn't start coming until the end of Jan at the earliest. Maybe to correct this oversight you should republish you oringinal stats but starting from February as most of those defeats 'without Sakho' would have come from a team which was slowly being dePardewed.

Getting Luka in central midfield was also a bit of a game changer.

Bit of a 'Slow burner' for Allardyce at Sunderland, who lost 8 of their first 11 games under him.But he kept them up !

And just like at our club, he brought in a central defender (Kone) and a defensive midfielder (Kirschoff).

No worries, I'm fully prepared to take one for the team if it means us staying up under Big Samuel and shutting up c***s like the OP of this odious tripe laden thread my good man.

In this particular instance, I don't think I'd even need to take part, do you?

I don't think you would have. Most on here would probably agree with you. Although you would have probably over used 'quotations' and the phrase '... at the end of the day...'
