There's also a political party (Justice for Men and Boys, and the Women who Love them) engaged in fightback against the cultural attacks on masculinity. I think they do some good work. In fact I even joined them for a street protest last year when I was in the UK.

I shouldn't post so much, but I'm interested in this topic, so here's one more. . . Another person worth listening to on this stuff is Karen Straughan. She has a great way of explaining things. Below is a talk she gave on toxic masculinity and toxic femininity: She has a ton more videos on her own Youtube channel - just search for her name.

Looks an interesting book that posits the idea (after research on hormones) that the inequalities between men and women is a cultural phenomenon rather than being the natural order. Testosterone, so we’re told, is the very essence of masculinity, and biological sex is a fundamental force in our development. Not so, says psychologist Cordelia Fine, who shows, with wit and panache, that sex doesn’t create male and female natures. Instead, sex, hormones, culture and evolution work together in ways that make past and present gender dynamics only a serving suggestion for the future – not a recipe. Testosterone Rex brings together evolutionary science, psychology, neuroscience and social history to move beyond old ‘nature versus nurture’ debates, and to explain why it’s time to unmake the tyrannical myth of Testosterone Rex. We have now have a media of soy boy journalists who push their brand of "masculinity" to everyone. Four men from Buzzfeed recently had their testosterone tested and found it to be the levels of a teenager. Shock. There was a university study this year that showed weaker men are more likely to go for socialist policies than stronger ones. Edited by Penge Eagle (08 Dec 2017 12.45am)

Edited by Penge Eagle (08 Dec 2017 12.45am) You mean the weak will pitch in together and help each other no matter what for the common good vs everyman for himself. The strong eventually get weak but all the other strong men are so up themselves they don't give a duck about those oldies. Meanwhile the weaker ones who stick together are well looked after because they are more us than me. I can see that. I can remember I peer reviewed paper that those with so called right wing views tended to be lacking in the old grey matter compared to pinkos. Can you explain why that might be?

Remember 'male feminist' Rupert Myers was sacked by GQ magazine as political correspondent in October after allegations of sexual assault emerged. Writing articles like 'Men Are The Problem'. The irony and he's not the first either...

The Soy Boys of Buzzfeed must be well happy.

You obviously didn't check out the results, did you? I won't make a patronising remark about learning to listen about researching facts at school. Look at the Soy Boy results and the averages in men.
