Last chairman who tried to take the moral stance in the top league was Simon Jordan. Know of him? Anyone take notice of him? Anyone care then and now?

The games is full of cheats and liars, on and off the pitch. You just have to protect yourself from financial and contract damage from a sh1tty industry.

Been travelling all day, just heard about it, pretty sure we'll stay up. But really, really disappointed. One of my saddest moments as a Palace fan.

Managers of dubious character,owners equally so (until recently), no history of success and a small fanbase within huge demographic potential.
Just a few of the reasons why I love this club more than football.
Also administration, One thing we sometimes forget,
The broken will always be
able to love harder than most
Once you have been in the dark
You learn to appreciate everything
that shines.
Optimists, pessimists,knee jerkers, bed wetters,manager inners and outers,earnest point makers and sarky gits, benders and blenders. Merry Christmas.
Or just have a nice long weekend.

 

It's good to keep an opened mind, but not so open that your brains fall out.

The most corrupt? How do you work that one out? Clubs being bought with debt ala Man United is corruption. Owners sponsoring themselves like Manchester City is corruption. Chelsea buying titles with Russian blood money is corruption. The whole of football is corrupt and it starts with FIFA. Its whats on the pitch that matters. Allardyce is hardly going to tarnish this deeply criminogenic sport, is he.

He has sacked three of them so far and two have walked out on him. In five years.
