Scored great goal the other week) McCarthy - Sh*t (Made a few errors but looked good in the past. Young enough so i'm sure he'll come good. Well worth keeping hold of) Sako - Crocked (But looked good when played) Wickham - Crocked AND sh*t (Not played that much as been injured. Still young enough to improve. Hold up play looks good, just needs to start scoring) Souare - Unproven (Looks a decent signing to me. Gets forward & can cross the ball well) Edited by Gyro1780 (01 Feb 2016 6.06pm) Edited by Gyro1780 (01 Feb 2016 6.07pm)

Agreed. I was excited by the signing of Mutch (never excited by Lee), but do you think perhaps the reason him and Lee haven't played much when we've barely been scoring goals is because...just maybe...they aren't good enough? Maybe I was harsh on Souare, but he's still very erratic and I'm sure i'm not alone in saying I do not feel comfortable with him on the ball along the back line. That being said, his forward play is impressive.

What a F*CKING ABYSMAL transfer window. We might've fallen away in the league, but if ever we were going to challenge for Europe it was this season and yet it seems we've bottled it. We'll be incredibly lucky to make the top 10 now. I also have to question Pardew's scouts knowledge and his signings so far: Mutch - Sh*t Cabaye aside, that is an exceptional waste of money! How old are you? Twelve?

Wickham has one goal (a penalty) to his name under us, and hasn't even looked like scoring since he hit the post against Arsenal. Mutch. I mean what can you even say about the man? He has produced f*ck all in 18 appearances now. Lee, stunning goal against Stoke aside, is exactly the same as the above, although admittedly his game time has been more limited (perhaps because he isn't good enough).

Is this your first experience of a Palace transfer window?! Southampton_Eagle: Great posting that made me laugh out loud. Just thinking that Palace is the most attractive club that it has ever been to play for e.g. secure in The Premiership; rightly lauded Manager touted for England position etc. The key is the rich potential that exists to move on to that next platform - one that the likes of Cabaye recognises. Great players wanting regular first team action should be queuing up for this passionately earnest & driven family-friendly club.

I didn't mean that post as it looks like just reading it back, it smells like saying 'are you a new fan?' but it wasn't intended like that, it was intended as a typical Palace post! It'll always go to the wire, it makes a nice change to not worry about our squad getting ripped apart but instead hopefully adding quality. Just over four hours to go, I'm intrigued as to what is going to happen!
