Also said that it would have been easier to just write 'Booky wook 3' make money from that and save the hassle of vast swathes of the media turning against him.

Brand is arguing, in a spiritual sense, that we must reject the sense of the ego, the individual, as key to particularly economic progress, and focus on working together for each other.

Oh and just as an add on, for those claiming that there are no genuine left-wing alternatives given to Capitalism, I stumbled across this earlier. Not something I wholly agree with but nonetheless of interest... [Link]

Nothing is a cruel as the righteousness of innocence (Ignorance) with automatic weapons and a gospel of the truth.

The problem is that people always think 'their answers' are the right answers. It'd be nice if humanity could move away from the idea of everyone having to follow the right truth, to letting people have their own life and own truth.
