Again, please do explain who exactly you think we can get that will do a better job than the current manager. Because I'm aware of the failings of my current plumber, vet, boss, Prime Minister, internet provider and mechanic. But unless I can identify a better one, it really doesn't matter at all, does it? To do something over and over again with no success defines insanity. It may not be better but it can't be worse the players don't wanna play for him you can see it a mile off.

Maybe Sean Derry, paddy McCarthy or even Mike jedinak (how is his coaching badge coming on) I’m sick of old man shares coming in , we want someone with some spunk!!! Fair play to you for naming someone, it's more than most people on this thread can manage. But, and with respect, you'd put the future of the club in the hands of one of three men who have never, ever, in their whole lives, even managed a professional first team? Can you see my point? This is why roy should stay til the summer, he will keep us up, lets play the long game rather than kneejerk reactions.

Shaun Derry managed notts county , professionally and yes I would! Coz it might give us some drive and ambition, as I said I have been well in the Roy camp for months however anything is better than this

Sorry but sacking Roy just to give someone a go because they've played here is stupid. Thats just throwing away our PL status. I'm in the Roy out brigade but only if we get someone in who's got a proven track record of being better. Howe is the only obvious candidate available. I've seen some mention Poch or Tuchel which is dreaming.

Paddy McCarthy is doing great in our youth squad what has Roy done to warrant staying??

Before it was often the case of what Roy had done for us, or 'careful what you wish for'. I can't help but feel there's a fair argument for a change now though, a roll of the dice that can bring about a different approach or mindset.

The only positive from that match has to be Parish being pushed into making a change. I’ve always liked the stability hodgson has brought at the back, his organisational skills but now that has left the team. It may be a change of culture that might make us suffer for a little and a gamble but Eddie Howe would be an outstanding alternative in my opinion and would give us hope for the future, someone I love listening to, and undoubtedly the players would like to play for he also focuses on youth progression too. Can see him getting on with Parish

Like players any manager is a risk .The most successful and costly managers ask for a big transfer budget.which enviably brings success for a while Benitez for example. Howe would be a risk but have a hunch he has already been lined up for job and discussions taken place on way forward .Don't forget was linked before Roy .

Again... what’s the point on suggesting names anyway .. it’s all out of our control. Again it’s the senior figures at the club who would make that decision. Unlike your plumber, vet, internet provider and mechanic that’s all in your control. But like palace appears to be a lack will to change..

He spent a fortune got Bournemouth relegated , he got sacked Bournemouth sold Eddie’s “wonder boys” and are now flying ? In my opinion , the bloke is a joke
