Todays first download is a set by The Faces that was recorded at the Seattle Center Coliseum, Seattle, WA. on the 2nd September 1972. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. Some classics on this one include "Maggie May" "Stay With Me" and "Maybe I'm Amazed". I've posted a lot of shows by The Faces and this is another top sounding show which, if you like The Faces and Rod Stewart - then grab this one... Todays second download is a set by Chvrches that was recorded at the Spendour In The Grass Festival, Sydney, Australia on the 27th July 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast on JJJ Triple J FM Radio and it sounds top notch. It seems this band have played all the festivals Worldwide during the last couple of years as I've posted stacks of boots by them - all from open air festivals. If you've downloaded any of the other shows I've posted then grab this one as well - this is thoroughy recommended... Todays extra download is a set by First Aid Kit which was recorded at the Roundhouse, London on the 21st September 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. This is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - but not the first album as I've posted one of the bands 3 studio released albums a short while back. The group are from Sweden and got noticed by posting a cover of a Fleet Foxes song on YouTube... If you like First Aid Kit then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by Stephen Stills that was recorded at Brookhaven, New York on the 7th September 1979 on the 10th anniversay reunion gig of the original Woodstock Festival. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the set and it sounds top notch. I've posted lots of show with Stephen Stills as part of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young - but not that many as a solo performer. This is a top set with some classics and if you like Stephen Stills - this is thoroughly recommended.. Todays second download is a set by The Sheepdogs that was recorded in Toronto, Ontario on the 4th September 2012. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast of the set and it sounds top notch. The Sheepdogs come from Saskatoon, Saskatchewas and consist of Ewan Currie on Guitar and Vocals, Rusty Matyas on Guitar, Ryan Gullen on Bass, and Sam Corbett on Drums/Percussion. According to my files this is only the second bootleg by The Sheepdogs that I've posted - and none of the bands studio released stuff. Todays extra download is a set by Welsh rockets Man that was recorded at the Rainbow, Finsbury Park, London in 1972. This is an audience recorded show and normally I don't post them - but bootlegs by this band are rarer than rocking horse crap - and I've heard a lot worse than this. This is the Mick Jones version of the band - Deke Leonard having been replaced by MJ - and this is one of the bands first shows with Mick taking on the lead guitar. This is a rare show and if you like this band - you will definitely want this one.... This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted quite a few shows by Dream Theater over the years - they always put on a good show and this is no exception. Todays second download is a set by the legendary Elvis Presley and a show recorded at the Houston Astrodome, Houston, TX on the 3rd March 1974. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few shows by Elvis over the years - but nothing for quite a while. Some classics on this one include "All Shook Up" "Hound Dog" "Polk Salad Annie" and "Suspicious Minds". Normally Elvis would appear with Joe Guercio's Orchestra but on this show he only has his rhythm backing band and a couple of backing singers. If you like The King - you will want this one... thoroughly recommended.. Todays extra download is a set by blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa that was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2002 (the exact date isn't listed). This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds absolutely top notch. This is an early JB set and at this time he had released two albums and these tracks are all from those. I've posted a few shows by JB on the mp3 thread over the years and this is another top show for the collection. If you like Joe Bonamassa - grab this one, this is the mutts and is thoroughly recommended...
