It seems there was some REAL news that briefly slipped out recently. So, that's it then, no? Stateside now you either get 'Woke TV' or 'QANON TV'. Both about as nuts as one another.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Let's stay locked down forever. You lot are allowed into beer gardens now aren't you? I can't go anywhere except the supermarket and even then can't buy anything 'non essential' That's half of Aldi and Lidl gone.

We can drink outside from 26 April - not bad for a three week circuit breaker which has gone on for six months.

Honestly mate, I'd say a quarter will never open again. I was in town yesterday at work. Half the businesses are closed down forever. Even cafes that can do takeaway are closed down. I'm in probably the most prosperous place in Ireland. This is just silly now.

I have English family and will join you in about five weeks if this does not improve. We're the joke once again. But watching our news you'd never know it. Niall Boylan had such a rant yesterday, really something to hear.

Shouldn't laugh I suppose, but Sky are reporting that...... "Norwegian COVID-denier 'dies of coronavirus' after hosting illegal gatherings Hans Kristian Gaarder, a prominent conspiracy theorist in Norway, has reportedly died after contracting COVID-19. He is reported to have hosted two illegal gatherings at his barn in Gran on 26 March and 27 March, less than two weeks before he died on 6 April. Officials believe Mr Gaarder had been ill for more than a fortnight without seeing a doctor and may have infected others. While he had not been tested for the virus before his death, an autopsy revealed he was infected."
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

Was just speaking to a friend in Belfast. She was saying the local parks are like the Glastonbury festival and that people are going out in large groups all over the place. I presume this is being replicated elsewhere. I don't blame people but there should be some common sense.
