Yes it is . Chelsea play in Fulham and anything on the other side of the Fulham palace rd is considered Hammersmith or Putney .
All our trophy parades have ended up at Fulham town hall .( well they did until it became unsafe ) .

The likes of Tammy Abraham, Izzy Brown, Kasey Palmer, Charly Musunda, Andreas Christianson, Lewis Baker, Lucas Piazon,Tomas Kalas and more are doing well!!! Best Academy in Europe!! Not enough to be honest and that is a valid point although Conte seems to be better with younger players.
But that isn't actually the only measure! Our academy dominates FA Youth Cup and the Champions league. Our loan players are growing in success and recognition and we are producing more top professional players than nearly every other club. Our academy is the benchmark in England today. This coupled with the fact we turn over every other Europeans clubs U19's I think can make us the top academy.

Just thought I’d better bump this post after today’s Premier League game just in case the Chelsea website forgets to mention it and I seem to recall the Chelsea chairman spending tens of millions of pounds over the past decade on a squad that couldn’t beat us last season or this even in their own backyard (although some of our side was made up of free transfers from our Championship days!!!).
