Todays extra download is a short set by Simple Minds that was recorded at the City Hall, Newcastle on the 20th November 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. This is not the complete show - but it's all there is.. but I have in the past posted an almost identical show from the same tour - on the 18th November 1982 in Aberdeen. If you like Simple Minds then give this one a try... it's a good one!.. I've tried all 3 links I posted today, 2 Zippyshare and 1 Upload.com - I was offered the file for download all 3 times. Try again tomorrow, if you're still having problems let me know. EDIT : Zippyshare is running very slow tonight, speeds are about 1/10th of usual.
Edited by staffie (16 Nov 2014 8.39am) All working fine now cheers staffie, maybe just a glitch at my end

Todays second download is a set by Boz Scaggs that was recorded for the famous King Biscuit Flower Hour radio show at the Radio City Music Hall, New York on the 26th November 1980. The show was aired on the 5th April 1981. The quality of this show is superb with the audio being taken from a pre-fm transcription disc and it sounds fantastic. There are a lot of commercials on this show but they are all as seperate files and they can be deleted no problem - one of them may be of interest to Dave Mason fans (Miller Lite) - he really makes the ad. I've posted a few shows and albums by Boz Scaggs over the years - his album Silk Degrees is one of my favourite albums... a classic. If you like Boz Scaggs then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at The Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, New York City, NY 26.11.80 - Boz Scaggs (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 KBFH Intro Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 136MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first bootleg by Duanne Eddy I've posted, because it's the first I've seen. Duane is joined in the band by Ry Cooder on rhythm guitar. Duane plays his classics "Peter Gunn" and "Rebel Rouser". If you like Duane Eddy - give this one a try... They actually do this every New Year's Eve - a lot of them are former alcoholics, so they all get together in Woking (as it's very near where a lot of them live too)for a gig where nothing stronger is served than tea, coffee and soft drinks as they have said that NYE is one of the hardest nights of the year to stay dry!

Todays extra download is a set by Gong that was recorded at the Aula der Oberpostdirektion, Bremen, Germany on the 4th November 1974. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the set and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs by Gong in the past - but none for a couple of years now. This is one of the earliest shows I've posted - and the band feature music mainly from their "Trilogy" of albums about the Zero The Hero of the Pot Head Pixies, and flying teapots of Planet Gong. A good line up which includes Daevid Allen and Steve Hillage in the band with Tim Blake and Didier Malherbe.
