There are indeed many lovely parts of the EU. Having a mortgage, family life, friends, season ticket etc. in London does make moving away much more difficult, however if I was ever to move from London it would not be to anywhere else in the UK. Just look at wages, house prices, infrastructure, access to culture, job opportunities, cuisine, diversity, development, retail opportunities, political outlook, much higher social mobility to name but a few aspects that make London a markedly different place from the rest of the UK and why to me it feels often like a separate state. I have principles I try to live by. You have excuses for not living yours....economic or not. London is the capital of England. I don't give a damn what you feel about it. Go live somewhere else in the EU.

If another vote started I'm pretty sure the 'leave' campaign would get them back. But this question is done for, by rights, over a generation......just like we had to wait for a vote on the EU again after 74. That is just not true. The major public voices for Leave are establishment as are the group of money men donors behind the campaign. Then you have a quarter of MPs also for Brexit. It reeks of establishment.

No confusion at all. I'm interested in experiencing other cultures, languages, food and people. It creates an open mind unlike those who don't get that experience. Get it or maybe you don't because from what you're saying you seem to begrudge people who have made an effort to get those experiences. It also reflects rather a similar profile to the many I know who voted to leave. With regards to my visits t be UK, so what? I cone to visit friends a couple of times a year. I'm actually in Thailand right now for a few weeks. Great place, nice culture, great food and people. Maybe our next stop in a couple of years. Edited by europalace (29 Nov 2017 12.46pm) What a crock of shyte. You peddle this kind of cr@p to engineer some sort of dispute with people who really don't give a sh1t what you do and when they speak to immigrants here, they think,'well done and good luck to them.' It's the fact it's getting out of control, we're abandoning our own young people's futures and possibly the idea that anybody's offspring who wants to work in a particular sector should have to move to the other side of Europe when they shouldn't have to under a United States of Europe also puts them off. Also applies to housing here etc. But that won't stop you clinging onto this belief people dislike your globe trotting success when actually nobody cares.

It reeks of establishment. Isn't it? These leave voices were a fraction of MPs. The government.....the government sent a 'remain' leaflet to my door......That's how remain the establishment is......even now the leader voted remain. The BBC favours remain and always has. We are constantly awash with one sided 'remain' media.....no balance.

One of the main reasons I decided to move my family away from the UK was the culture of bitterness and hatred towards people doing Well or being successful, particularly if they were 'foreign'. Looks like nothing has changed and that culture is on a path to get much, much worse.

Very strange.
