It's no different to what Johnson said at the beginning.....lots of us will know people who die of this and it's tragic.

It sucks, an ex girlfriend's old man died a week back aged 76....great bloke he was.

Thanks, there's a whole complicated process in Ireland anyway.

Funeral today. Terrible shame. A lot can't go with the restrictions. It's past my limit but you can now watch Funerals on webcam. I won't - I did my own wake (drinking) Friday night. It's what he would have wanted.

This is going to carry on forever isnt it?? No sign of restrictions on travel being eased, ffs I only wanna go visit my 89 year old mother, Ive had both vaccinations (Pfizer), as has she, yet cant travel...no shops open..(except for supermarkets....every day Witty and his mates are spreading horror stories on TV, they dont want to stop restrictions EVER, they love the fame and appearing on TV every day......face it, what we have now is the future, permanent lockdown....enjoy!!

It seems like the plan is to push enough vaccines to make a vaccine passport mandatory and once that is in place then you are into the world of digital vaccine ID passes required to access shops, restaurants, Selhurst etc etc.

Sorry to hear that. I had one last summer a good friend we were only allowed 10 people it was heartbreaking because she was a great lady and 200-300 people would have shown up normally.

What about those people who wont have the vaccine? Plenty here in France refusing, thanks to the idiots Macron and Merkel. All the time there are people with no vaccine, covid will not go away..permanent lockdown surely follows.....the bloody Chinese have stolen the rest of your and my lives! At the very least you'll be wearing masks forever

Covid is never going away.

If every single person had the vaccine it would make no difference to that.

We have had flu vaccines for decades and it doesn't stop the vulnerable dying from it and that's never been forced onto people.....nor have people ever been punished for not taking flu vaccines.
