Saw today that 4 developed EU states have over 20% youth unemployment. Ours is 12%. What is the EU doing regarding Spain/Catalan too? Failed Union. Should have just stayed a common market.

To be fair to the EU they claimed today, that 10 of the top 50 universities in the World are located within the EU, unfortunately 7 of that 10 are in the UK

Noel Gallagher on Brexit: “In England, the Brexit thing, it’s like, I can’t believe there’s so much noise about it… It was put to the people as a vote, the people voted. That’s democracy. F***ing get over it.”

Meanwhile what does The Governor of The Bank of England have to say?

I doubt if even Noel Gallagher would disagree with your comment, but in simple parlance he is merely saying that we voted to leave & all your pissing & whinging isn't going to change that ....

No "we" didn't. 51.8% did and that after that they had been cajoled and lied to by the Brexit campaign leaders as Ken rightly points out.

You're advocating what I shall call the kamikaze Brexit. It's this devil May care attitude that will f*** Brexit up. Clarke was saying we shouldn't put an arbitrary deadline into the statute books and that more analysis and debate needs to occur around the nitty gritty. The Tories are in a bind. If they lose the vote on Brexit it would be enough to lead to a vote of no confidence. Many Tories pine for a no deal Brexit I reckon, which will only aggravate the Tory rebels. I can still see, rightly or wrongly, Brexit not happening.
