Minorities always vote majority left and in higher numbers the more culturally diverse...for example of the BAME migrants who could vote, only 19 percent voted Tory in 2017....The Tories need to wake up and stop listening to the 'ism' mob.

Utter madness isn’t it

And looking at this debate are these really the two (and Swinson) really the best leaders we can come up with?

What an embarrassment

I'm now seeing why May avoided a TV debate
It will be a lefty media stitch up.

“Invest in the NHS”

How many times have I heard that.

Like it’s going to make money and not just be a huge honey pot for the 3rd world.

Corbyn answers questions like a Miss World contestant.

The 5 seconds for a snappy answer format is beyond tired.

Didn't watch it, the pundits are saying if you vote Labour Corbyn won if you vote Tory Johnson won so no knock out blows.

Sounds like we learned nothing new.

Yes, with this format and the constant interruptions it's all but impossible to learn anything anyway. One of the questions they spent longest on was, I kid you not, what Christmas present would you buy for each other.

I'd call it a draw, which realistically is probably a win for Corbyn due to his relative unpopularity compared to Boris. Though the Conservatives have a very healthy lead and so in the big picture I don't think it changes anything.

It was sh1te. Boring and badly planned and managed.

I’ve just caught the 2nd half of the 30 minutes leaders special on BBC1 hosted by Fiona Bruce with farage taking abuse from frothing liberals in the audience. Quite good viewing with him dealing with their false accusations and mixing up stats he quoted earlier.

I doubt there’s anyone in the electorate split between Tory/Labour so there’s little point letting them have it out one on one. Everyone watching will have their mind made up on at least one of Boris and Corbyn, such is the polarising nature of their personalities, so who is the debate actually for?

Substance will be entirely irrelevant to the discussion, as you’d expect in a country where Boris Johnson will soon be elected PM.

I am a Tory and always have been but whilst I think that Boris makes a better orator than Corbyn I do have concerns about his substance as it doesn't seem to extend beyond his catchphrase "get Brexit done"

I couldn't bring myself to vote for Corbyn, Swinson is a nutjob that seems clueless about the real world and the Greens can't even run Brighton Council successfully let alone a country so it looks like I will have to vote for Boris by default

Thought Boris really wiped the floor with Corbyn.

Corbyn's insistence on not committing what side he'd stand for in a second referendum shows how indecisive and disingenuous he its. All this stories about the NHS and his administration for the UN General secretary can bore off. I'm tired of hearing what a nice guy he is, I'd like someone to run the country. Notice how a question came in about Christmas gifts and showing generosity to people who disagree with you, and Corbyn's first instinct was to call Boris scrouge.

Thought Boris missed a trick when he was attacked about how long it would take to do a deal with the US and EU, Corbyn is saying that he can renegotiate a deal that's taken 3 years to put together in 6 months on one hand, yet saying negotiations with other countries will be impossible.

For me, Boris has already won the neutral vote.

But Brexit is the default narrative. I loathe Johnson on a variety of levels and have a great deal of sympathy for much of what even the most vomit inducing Soc.lib Remainer Retard has to say about him but the reality is that Brexit is the only question any potential voter has to decide upon.

You want it done, then a Tory win is what you want. Personally I would love to see a hung Parliament with the Brexit Party holding the keys to the kingdom but that is unfortunately unlikely.

You either believe that the vote on June 23rd 2016 has to be honoured or you do not. That 17.4 million votes have to matter. That 52 beats 48 as a %. In short that if the British public are told a result will be honoured then that needs to matter. To count. To have a validity.

Now I am in no doubt that Johnson wanted Remain to win. That he backed Leave by way of his f***ed up hubris driven ambition with some clever strategy no doubt inspired by the actions of an obscure Greek or Roman classicist. In short, Johnson is the utter w***er that many people believe he is. But, and this is the f***ed up reality, he is the best chance we have of leaving the EU.

Hence why I want him to win. Not because I like the b****** or even trust him to deliver but because, as things stand, he is the best bet.

And I hate f***ing gambling.
